Fernald & LeClair Rochester Water Supply Protection Projects – Farmington, NH (2008 – 2009)
While serving as the Executive Director of the Strafford Rivers Conservancy (SRC), Anna Boudreau worked as the project manager for the City of Rochester to successfully conserve two parcels totaling over 150 acres on Sheepboro Road to protect the municipal water supply. This complicated land protection project required the collaboration and cooperation of two municipalities, attendance and support at numerous public meetings in both communities, negotiations with the landowners, as well as the successful leveraging of monies from three funding sources at the local and state level.
